As a yoga teacher, knowing how to develop amazing sequences for your classes will allow you to stand out and provide your students with unique and mind-blowing experiences, far beyond a regular yoga class.

In this process, teachers are facilitators and guides who offer insightful encouragement to each student along his or her unique path as it evolves, breath by breath”. (Mark Stephens)
