Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, athletic practice of movement to breath that builds upper body and core strength. The room is mildly heated to 32°C to improve joint mobility and encourage detoxification, leaving you feeling energised and relaxed.

These classes follow Flex’s signature energetic flow, yet each teacher slightly modifies the postures to keep your practice interesting and fun. All Vinyasa Flow classes are beginner friendly, with variations offered throughout the practice to keep even the most experienced yogis on their toes.

Slow Vinyasa (non-heated)

Slow Vinyasa is ideal for those days where you want to cultivate awareness of breath and movement at a steady pace. These sessions are centered around not only conditioning the body, but improving temperament, discipline and mental focus.

Taken at a slower pace than our Power Vinyasa classes, this style is still strong and physically dynamic. The slower transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience and self-compassion.

Slow Vinyasa is perfect for beginners ready to explore a yoga practice. Room temperature is balanced at 24°C.

Yin (non-heated)

Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative and meditative practice. Relaxing gravity poses, mostly on the floor, are held to deeply release connective tissues and relieve tension around the joints. Yin is an absolute necessity for athletes who want to regain lost range of motion or to remain supple and free from injuries, aches and pain.

Yin is the perfect complement to balance out a strong Power Yoga practice – the Yin and the Yang, the moon and sun, the hard and the soft, the cherries and the cream! Yin is particularly beginner friendly and the studio is kept at a comfortable, cool temperature throughout the class.

26 Postures

Practicing 26 postures, you are able to exercise and invigorate all of your body by stimulating its glands, nerves, and organs and by improving circulation of oxygen throughout the body.

Perfect for beginners, it benefits your spine, mind and mood. 

During this class, the room is heated to 32°C.

Whether this is your first time in a yoga studio, or you are looking to deepen your practice – you have come to the right place! Our studio is warm and welcoming and our teachers are experienced guides for your individual journey. 

Come with an open heart and open mind and our community will welcome you with open arms. All classes are beginner friendly, with extra options for advanced yogis.
